What happens when my free trial ends?

At the end of your 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to carry on using MarkMate. Nothing is deleted. Your classes, students, assessments and feedback are all kept safe, ready for when you subscribe.


When your trial ends

  • Your classes and marking are locked, and MarkMate takes you to the Billing page.

  • You'll see Trial ended and the date it finished.

  • Subscribe at any time to get straight back to your work, exactly as you left it.


You're never charged automatically. You didn't give a card when you started, so the trial just stops. You only pay if you choose to subscribe.
