How to remove students from a class

If a student leaves your class or was added by mistake, you can remove them. You can remove one student or several at once.


To remove one student


  1. Open your class and click the Students tab.

  2. Click the three dots (•••) at the end of the student's row.

  3. Click Remove from class.


To remove several students at once


  1. Open your class and click the Students tab.

  2. Tick the box next to each student you want to remove.

  3. A bar appears at the bottom of the screen. Click Remove from class.


Important


  • Students are removed straight away. There's no "Are you sure?" message, so check before you click.

  • Once a student is removed, their marks and feedback no longer appear in this class. If you add them again, they'll start with no marks.
