How to print one label per student instead of one per heading

By default, MarkMate prints a separate label for each heading you marked. If your assessment has four headings, each student gets four labels. If you'd rather each student had one label with all of their feedback on it, switch on one setting.


Steps


  1. Open the print window for your assessment (Markbook → ••• → Print…).

  2. Make sure Feedback labels is selected.

  3. Under Style, turn on the One label per student switch.

  4. Click Print.


Good to know


  • MarkMate shrinks the text automatically so all of the feedback fits on the label. If a student has a lot of feedback, the text may get small. A bigger label size, such as 100 × 60 mm, helps.

  • To go back to one label per heading, turn the switch off.
