How to print feedback coversheets for a whole class

A coversheet is a full A4 page of feedback for each student. It shows their grades, your comments for each heading and their overall feedback, ready to stick in the front of their book or hand back with their work. MarkMate makes one page per student for the whole class and opens them all as a single PDF.

Steps

1. Click Classes at the top of the screen, then click the class you want.

2. You'll land on the Markbook tab, which lists the class's assessments.

3. Find the assessment you want. Click the three dots (•••) at the right-hand end of its row.

4. Click Print…

5. At the top of the window, click Report sheet.

6. Click Print.

7. Your coversheets open as a PDF in a new browser tab, one A4 page per student. Print it on your normal printer.

Good to know

• Students are listed in surname order.

• MarkMate remembers your choices, so next time the window opens with the same settings.

• You can also print from the Overview tab. Point your mouse at an assessment's name at the top of the grid and a small printer icon appears. Click it, then choose Report sheet.
