How to choose what appears on your feedback coversheets

1 min read

You can decide what's printed on each coversheet, change how grades are shown, and add your own line at the bottom, such as your school's name.

Steps

  1. Open the print window for your assessment (Markbook → ••• → Print…).

  2. Click Report sheet.

  3. Under Include, tick or untick:

    Student name

    Class name

Date: the date the assessment was created

Grades: the grade next to each heading

Overall feedback: printed in a General Feedback box

  1. Under Style, choose a Grade format:

Word: the full grade name (the default)

Abbreviation: for example "WT" or "EXS"

Marks: for example "7/10"

  1. In Footer text, type what you'd like at the bottom of every page, for example "Oakfield Primary School, Year 4". If you leave it blank, it says "Feedback provided with MarkMate".

  2. Click Print.

Good to know: Grade format is greyed out when Grades is unticked.
