How to cancel your MarkMate subscription

You can cancel at any time. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your work is never deleted.


Steps

  1. Click the round button with your initials (top right), then Settings.

  2. Click Billing.

  3. Scroll down to Cancel subscription.

  4. Click Cancel plan.

Your plan now shows Cancelling, with the date your access ends.


Good to know

  • There's no "Are you sure?" step. Your plan is cancelled as soon as you click. Don't worry if you change your mind, though. See How to restart a cancelled subscription.

  • You won't be charged again.

  • After your access ends, your classes are locked, but everything is kept. Subscribe again at any time to pick up where you left off.
